Recruit and retain high-quality teachers with expertise in STREAM fields. Provide ongoing professional development to strengthen their skills.

Develop a rigorous and innovative STREAM-focused curriculum that inspires students to pursue careers in these fields. Integrate STREAM concepts across all grades and subjects.

Create learning environments, resources and opportunities that foster collaboration and real-world problem solving. Examples: makerspaces, robotics clubs, partnerships with local companies, internships, etc.

Leverage technology and digital media to enhance learning and teach students skills that will prepare them for the future. Provide students with opportunities to learn coding, digital design, and more.

Build a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. Expose students to global issues and help them develop empathy, flexibility, and openness.
